Field Service Department

Field service is the department that "keeps our customers running"!

Not physically "running", but keeps their plants running". These are the men and women who are our trouble-shooters and repair technicians.

These folks go to our customer's plants and work on equipment that has gone "off-line" or is giving them some sort of problem. Maybe the plant maintenance personnel have exhausted their skills and are looking for a second opinion. No matter what the reason, this department "keeps the industrial wheels turning".

Folks who work here will be looked at to possess at least a majority of the following skills:

• Self motivated

• Logical thinker

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• High mechanical skills

• PLC troubleshooting and programming skills

• VFD troubleshooting and programming skills

• High school diploma or higher

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong customer relationship abilities

• Safe working procedures

• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
